Our energy management packages include
Dedicated Energy Manager
With all our energy management packages you will be able to call upon your own personal energy manager to discuss the operations of your organisation and help you identify saving opportunities. Our energy managers are qualified and chartered energy professionals who will get to know you and your organisation first hand through regular site visits.
Your highly experienced energy manager will be able to spot energy saving opportunities that might have otherwise been missed and provide independent advice on how to take a project forward.
Regular Energy Reviews
All our energy management packages offer an annual review of energy usage across your organisation. The assessment involves a site audit by one of our qualified energy professionals, a desk top review of your consumption data and a written report, identifying key improvement measures that should be considered.
If you take out our Silver or Gold package you will also receive quarterly energy monitoring reports as part of our cloud energy monitoring. These reports can be tailored depending on the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are important to you.
As part of our packages you will also receive discounts on any additional energy audits or feasibility studies you require.
Energy Compliance
Our qualified and highly experienced energy assessors will ensure you remain compliant to UK energy legislation, such as the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations. In practice this will include your annual Display Energy Certificates (DEC) renewals at no extra charge.
As part of our packages you will also receive discounts on other compliance assessments such as Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and Air Conditioning Inspections (TM44).
Cloud Monitoring Software
Available through our Silver & Gold packages, our flexible & scalable monitoring software allows you to effectively manage all your utility consumption in one place. Whether it's one site or many, our highly intuitive and customisable dashboards allow you to display, report and download the data you want, when and wherever you want it. Making it easy to measure performance against a variety of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Don't worry we can set everything up for you and because our software can be used with hundreds of data sources, we will aim to use your existing metering infrastructure first, to keep costs to a minimum. Once everything is up and running you may decide you want additional sub-metering, no problem, we can add these to your system whenever you want.
Procurement & Bill Validation
As independent energy brokers we can advise you on the most appropriate contract types for your business. EMG and our partners purchase over 3,000 GWh of energy every year and this puts us in a great position to negotiate the best contract rates for you. We use an OJEU compliant procurement frameworks to tender your contracts, which meet public sector procurement rules.
Once your new contracts are in place we will provide you with a dedicated customer account manager to validate your past and future invoices, to ensure you're not paying too much. Our forward thinking approach also means you will never miss an opportune time to lock in future prices when the underlying market is attractive.
